Consulate Staff Planted Trees on Motutapu

       Staff of the Chinese Consulate General in Auckland joined forces with local volunteers and members of Chinese communities to plant trees at Motutapu Island on 7 September, 2014. A total of 860 trees were planted.

Consul General Niu Qingbao gave remarks

       Consul General Niu Qingbao gave remarks focusing on "China-New Zealand Friendship Woods", the theme of this Tree Planting Day, and encouraged the Chinese communities to rebound upon the local society continuously.
